The Mattiacio Group is on a mission to expand its footprint in the Buffalo market. With our current Ziebart locations in West Seneca and Hamburg, NY, we are eager to add a third location to better serve our growing customer base. The demand for Ziebart services has seen a significant increase, and we are committed to meeting this demand with additional facilities. Our expansion strategy includes acquiring a building, land, or an existing automotive business, particularly in the Northeast and Northwest quadrants of Buffalo.

We are actively seeking opportunities in towns such as Williamsville, East Amherst, North Tonawanda, and Lockport. An ideal location would be on or just off Transit Road (Route 78), where we can ensure maximum accessibility and convenience for our customers. Our approach to expansion is multifaceted, focusing on three key acquisition opportunities: purchasing land with a build-to-suit (BTS) contractor, purchasing and leasing an existing building, and purchasing an existing automotive business along with its real estate.

The Mattiacio Group's Acquisition Goals:

  • Purchasing Land with a BTS Contractor: We are looking for land that allows us to work with a BTS contractor to develop a facility tailored to our specific needs. This option provides the flexibility to design and build a state-of-the-art facility that meets all our operational requirements.
  • Purchasing and Leasing an Existing Building: We are interested in acquiring existing buildings that are suitable for our business operations. We are ready to commit to a 15-20 year lease term, ensuring a long-term presence in the community.
  • Purchasing an Existing Automotive Business and Its Assets (Real Estate): Acquiring an existing automotive business allows us to seamlessly integrate into the local market with an established customer base and operational infrastructure. This option provides immediate operational capability and market presence.

At The Mattiacio Group, we are committed to being a staple in the Buffalo community. Let's take acquisitions to the next level together if you have information on potential acquisition opportunities or are interested in discussing collaboration.
